Simply Sweet Creations knows allergies are a severe concern for many of our clients, so our bakery does not use any products that are made with or are manufactured with peanuts or tree nuts…we don’t even allow any nuts on our premises! We also make vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free sweets upon request; please place your order at least a week in advance.

Our Italian Merengue Buttercream fillings are made from scratch using egg whites, cooked sugar (sugar and water heated to a particular temperature) and real butter. It is a lightly sweetened, mousse-like buttercream. We flavor it in a variety of ways, using our homemade preserves, dulce de leche, banana pudding, etc. We do not use fresh fruit fillings since fruit expels water, which can cause the cake to shift and affects the fondant.
